二：技师与客人当面沟通：提供健康证及按摩师资格证明.

三：经顾客认可技师准备服务：1，根据客人需要和身体情况现场调配精油。2，点燃香薰灯。3，播放SPA音乐。4，技师根据需要沐浴更换服装。5，指示顾客宽衣并安排合适体位。

四：开始按摩：按摩过程中及时与顾客进行沟通，听取顾客心声和感受，根据顾客需要和身体情况及时更改手法做到人性化服务。

五：服务结束：询问顾客是否对服务满意需不需要加钟或其他服务，如顾客不需要加钟，指示客人休息。

六：程序结束：顾客结账，技师与客人再见并祝顾客休息愉快！服务完毕为不影响顾客日常生活技师不允许主动电话联系顾客。

Arrive within half an hour if you live in Chaoyang District or within 1hour for other districts)
2：Masseur arrive and communicate with customer: The masseur will show the certificate of health and the qualification of massage technology to the customer; if the customer is not satisfied, she/he could ask for change of the masseur or cancel the service, but she/he have to pay for out and return transportation fee for the previous masseur.
3：When the customer accepts the masseur: (1). the masseur will essential oil according to the requirement of customer or condition of customer health. (2). Light the aroma candle. (3). Play the special music for massage. (4). The masseur will then wash the hand and put on the professional suit for massage. (5). Recommend the customer take off clothes and lie down with the right position.

4：Start to massage: communicate with customer during the massage, reflect on time and adjust the method of massage to adapt different customer requirements.

5：The end of the service: ask customer if the service is good enough, ask if she/he need more massage hours or other service; If customer do not need more service, the masseur will remind she/he to have a rest.

6：The end of the whole process: The customer pays the bill; masseur say good bye to the customer and spread best wish to she/him. The masseur will not be allowed to contact with the customer positively when the whole process is finished
